And I thought you were sick of the desert. But then, riding anywhere beats working. Spring is definately the time to ride the Owyhees, while its cool and green.

I just bought Timmy the Tooter's DR650 (Caldwell area) and if you're heading to Moab and have room for a bike ?... or a ride from Moab to Boise for me/gear and I'll slab it home on the new Suzy. Thanks alot- sgrahmoab@yahoo.com or p.m. me

Well, I think my summer just got blown to hell. First day in Colorado and I was tasked with finishing one of the most important pieces of the whole damn thing. Good for my career, bad for riding and morale. There's got to be a better way to make a living than this..... I may be here til the end of August.

That blows. New tiger and 1000 miles from it. That will give HT lots of time to get you dialed in. My offer still stands to park it next too mine so it will have company while your away.

LATEST UPDATE:

Just finished riding the route today, absolutely beautiful. I changed up over half the ride so we'lll be taking a different route which will carry us through the Bennett Mountain corridor with a jaw dropping view of the Trinities. The route come out to 190 miles by my GPS.

It isn't so bad here... I just thought I was coming down for six weeks and it turned into a lot longer on day one. The plan is sell the Superhawk before I go back to Idaho on June 19th to hang with my mom while she visits Idaho. Fly to Idaho, ride the Tiger back to Colorado. I'll have my trailer in Colorado and it'll be empty as long as the hawk sells. Getting two brand new Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs on Tuesday. That should help sell it, as well as be a lot of fun til it does! I promise y'all can take a spin on the Tiger after I scratch her for the first time personally.

So would a person be better off (more fun) riding an XR 650 with knobbies or a 1200 GS with Tourances??
