The Alvord Hot Springs is on a gravel road. That's the only other one I can think of that you could get to this time of year. Oh I forgot about Crystal Crane Hot Springs. Of course you have to pay there though. You can ride a lot of two track/gravel to get there.

Thanks Ed. Stupid snow..... We may just go a little shorter and go to Loftus. That road should be clear pending any dumps before the weekend after next. Hopefully there won't be too many people there this early.

Who's going to be the first to complete all the challenge sites this year? Any guesses? I think since Idaho Sam is now retired he has a shot at it.
 I always enjoy seeing where you guys go.

I was hoping take advantage of the near record temps and be the first to post up some challenge point photos, just to make everyone who had to work today jealous.
 Lucky Peak bird observatory, Pearl or Rockville would have sufficed. Unfortunately I don't yet have a bandana for the requisite photos, so I ended up cruising around Lucky Peak, Robie creek, and Rocky Canyon, just for the fun of it

This next weekend looks like it is shaping up pretty well. I think I will go for a desert ride, camping and hot springs tour of Southeast Oregon. Leaving later Friday afternoon and returning Sunday. If anyone is interested let me know.
