Northward extension
And in the event you want to extend the overall difficulty rating - ford the Owyhee River from Birch Creek and exit north of the Owyhee Reservoir !

So I've lost close to 30 lbs since Christmas and my size 36 Klim Traverse Gore-Tex pants are too big for me. Anybody interested for $200? The only blemish is on the back of the left leg. My Crf wanted to spoon with me a few weekends ago and the pipe got me. It's not burned all the way though and the spot isn't burned anywhere close to all the way through. This is great deal on some great pants.

Ed, I am having an issue with the bike and if I can't get it resolved today I'm out. It's been making some strange sounds, I went to adjust my doo and the bolt was totally loose :( I took off the left side cover last night and there is no tension on the spring. The doo is still in the middle of it's travel, and I *think* the balancer chain and sprockets are o.k. but I need to get a rotor holder wrench to get in there and look a little closer and put in the shorter spring(which I have). So if anybody has a doo wrench laying around I would be very interested in borrowing it!

tour of Eastern Oregon... fun ride
We posted this ride up on the IAMC site but had no takers... (couldn't do spec ed's ride, have to work those days) anyway, my friend Gaylon came with me and we had a great time... our attempt to take back roads from Birch Creek to Inskip Station, was quite an adventure, we got through ok, but didn't quite get the route we had planned on... ended up exiting at Arock... great weather and fun ride... ya'll come along next tiime!!

![]() Hope to ride with you soon. Thanks to Heath and HT, the lights are all in order and the engine seems to be a strong runner. Changed the oil today. Need to get a couple air filters on order, then I should be ready to give it a go.

Birch
Great pics, Silver.
I really like that area. Ed took me down there once, and we saw the Birch Ranch and the landing there where you camped. Great little spring spot.

Congrats Ryan
You know that bike has gone around the world. Mondo Enduro is a must read for Adventure riders. You will laugh and wonder what the he## were these guys thinking.
Oh wait a minute, I did that when I used to ride with you and Heath

New ride
The list is getting whittled down. I might not be as dirt worthy as I used to be with the new knees and all. It will be something that Doc and Tom would really like though. Coming soon-I hope.
