It looks like I'll ride on Sunday but I am open to Saturday too (one or the other).

Unless someone has a better route I think going to Weiser, ID to hit 30, then up Hwy 71 to Copperfield and back along Hwy 86 to Halfway, OR for 27, then back up Hwy 86 to Copperfield to hit 26, 31, 32 is the path I'll take. From my maps it looks like there is a forest service road to drop down to New Meadows and from there I can hit 16 and 9 "on the way home".

It may be too much to do in a day but I'll get done what I can.

I'm totally up for this, cause like I said, I love death marches. But, it is of my opinion, that we should be on the road earlier than 9. This is a seriously full day of riding. Thoughts?

Hi Sam! You know you'll read about it! Wanna hook up for a weekend trip next weekend? I go to night shift for four weeks starting Monday. So how bout a Saturday morning leave and Monday morning or early afternoon return?

Me too. I sent daxm a PM stating the same. We'll see if he gets it before the morning. I don't have any other way to contact him. In fact, we've never met and I don't even know his first name. I'd say 7:30 in Eagle, and then out to meet you around 8. That gets a much better jump on the day.

Let's all check in here at 7 am to see if daxm got the message. Does anybody have his number to give him a call? If he hasn't gotten the message, I guess we will fall back to the original plan of 9 in eagle and 930 in Caldwell.

2 New knees 12/13/11. Ok'd by the doc, just no beatin on the new joints. So I will have to slow it down a tad. Hence the white rhino.

This is my first time scheduling a ride so forgive me for poor choices of times/dates/places/etc. Given that we leave in the morning I think we should stick to the departure times. (Next time I'll schedule further in advance.) I hope I haven't ruined it for all by leaving late. I guess we will just do as much as we can!

So, as I see it, you and I are meeting at Chevron and then the other two are going to be at the Flying J.
