1/8 inch aluminum plate welded in and then dressed down. It's not really necessary for cooling. I'm just a picky bastard.

I never would have guessed from the photos of that T-3 that the frame looked like that ... Even afer as many Dusty looking frames that I have seem over the years... Gonna look great now... ;)

Looks like a run on Black tanked Guzzis with White pins lately...

This, like pokeyman's is no looker... yet. I found this fresh out of a barn last week...

It is a '79 G-5 with an SP 1000 fairing upper.

Nope,still cleaning and sanding. Frame should go to the powder coaters next week. Same with the chrome.

Yeah, she does look like your GSP but she is just a very small Lab. Actually in much better shape than all of her siblings.

Having hunted over German short hairs for many years I must state that in my opinion they are the finest upland game bird dogs ever to point a covey.

When opening up these old engines you never know what you will find. I found a 5/8's oil line ferrel smashed in a Burman gear box when I restored a Vincent Comet meany years ago. How it got in there is anybody's guess.

The Guzzi has a dented valve cover. So they patched the crack with fiberglass resin and silicon sealer.

No tellin how much of that shit is floating around in the motor.
