Talking Thinking outside the box...Post your Farkels!

Post a picture of your mod...Not a store bought item - something you decided to use ....

This is a top case....I used a Zero case - added some stainless drawer pulls for tie down handles. Mounted using "Best Rest" tail bracket.

On a Dakar

On a GS

I've got many. Here's my topbox mount and rack.

Having an Adventurer I don't have the 2 piece seat and wanting to have the topbox over the rear seat I had to do it another way. The rack is attached to the stock GSA rack. The mount straddles the rear of the seat also attaching to the stock GSA rack on each side.

For a rock solid mount and eliminate flex I added a .090 thick doubler with bends that match the bottom of the topbox.

I hated that stock POS plastic, useless, ugly, poorly thought out, space wasting, guardrail offered OEM!

About the only thing I can really show a picture of is a light bar I made during the Summer. Drill rod plus a bit of angle iron:

Mounted, and with lights on:

That's an idea worth stealing! In fact ... might just steal it for myself.
