Here's something I made for my last bike and now use on the GS. My hydration system. Its probably used more than any other item i've added to the bike. Its important to stay hydraded on any kind of trip, short or long.

2 liters of water is just about right and a perfect fit in my tankbag while still leaving space down each side for other stuff. To protect it I finally found a use for that useless stuff sack for my Geeza bike cover. Too small, was like stuffing a sausage.

I've added an Areoquip quick release for an easy fill. Release, fill, and put back in the tankbag.

And a Gear Keeper found in the Aerostich cataloge. Pull up, take a swig and let it drop. Its always in the same place till needed again.

I already have the bottle opener, I just haven't decided top box or side cases for a mounting location.

Are they water proof ?
Can you tell us more ? I'd like to know more about them. Thanks in advance !

Hammerhead shifter - shredding tip of Aerostich boot

I used 3/4" shrink tubing with rubber o rings to cover the machined aluminum shifter tip. Now I have a rubber tip, almost like the stock shifter.
