That HUD is made by Recon Instruments and is originally meant to be used for moto x and whatever sport utilizes goggles.

You're likely not. That's what the verification is for. .pdf's are a popular way of transmitting copyrighted service manuals on forums. I would suspect, at least, this is the reason for the approval period.

Yeah, if you're trying an attachment from your computer, that doesn't really work on here anymore I believe. It has to come from some other hosting site.
