Can you ID this Fighter Jet - Page 1008

The DC-8's are still a viable cargo plane but just because a DC-8 has windows doesn't mean it is a passenger plane. Some of the cargo conversions kept them in, or have painted the windows. Just the same I am willing to bet no US carrier has a passenger DC-8 anymore, nor for that matter, anywhere else, except maybe in the shadier parts of Africa - and I don't think they are there either. There might be a private DC-8 running about - and if it wasn't converted to the CFM engines (as in those pictures) obviously someone is immune to shocking fuel bills. I saw a private 707 last week in Albuquerque - unconverted engines. Again, staggering fuel costs.
