This one will be super easy.. but brings back cool memories.

When I was 11 years old, my father's outfit painted this exact aircraft. Black with the gold stripes.
At that time it was the only one still flying. I got to go for a ride in it when it was done and I remember it vividly.

The owners gave me a baseball cap with a photo of the airplane on it and I wore it for years



Interesting fact: it is a fabric aircraft. The fuselage was welded steel tubing covered with fabric and the wings wooden.

Commonly called a Stinson Trimotor

They were all the rage in 1931

Back when I was a kid it was a guy named Bill that had restored it and owned it.
The aircraft has since become part of Kurtis Weeks' collection.
