I think it's a MiG-15, looks a bit odd though possibly because it's a 2 seater.

They had a Vulcan at Mather AFB in Sacto in '83. True to it's british heritage, it had fuel and hydraulic leaks everywhere. Not just a drip, actual puddles of fuel under it. I can't remember ever seeing fuel drips under anything else.

Handley-Page Victor was a spacier looking plane. Like the whole design staff was dropping acid.
