I'm putting the finishing touches on an engine swap in my '86 Toyota 4x4 P/U. It's got 289,000 miles and finally gave up. I plan to drive it for quite a few more miles after the swap, too.

A member of the MBEMCC had one. Name was Jerry. He was not only faster than shit on it, but the thing had like 300K on it and had never had more than valves and maint done from what he said. He and the bike were even featured in a Cycle World article.
