I would like one of these

Fits onto the fatbars (28mm)... Looks a good alternative to the setup Max_Kool did (with the touratech bar onto the bar clamps). One bad thing: the bloody company is in Brazil. And I didn't know when I was there this summer... Maybe I'll ask a contact over there to get some info and send one... Crucial is the distance between the two clamps. Has to be different than the distance between the XC clamps of course.

If I can't make the Shivers work cost effectively, I am going to just do a complete WP4860 conversion on the front end. I have plenty of KTM forks, trick superlaced wheels, 26mm axles, brakes, etc. around the shop. The cool thing is we could run anything from 260mm dirt bike brakes to full blown 320mm motard brakes. Whatever fit a late model KTM would work.

I spoke to gary Emig tonight about building a triple/damper to make it happen. The cool thing is we'd have access to a wide variety of offsets for various uses. That is of interest for me.

He's also interested in making a bolt on damper kit. I'm going to work on bringing my bike up there to measure out the parts and get the CNC programs done.

Well, that's nice!! I would like to know about the price and the distance between the clamps... BTW I like Corona Racing, for me it's just a pity that Brasil is that far away... And I don't speak Portuguese. Eu entendeo, mas nao falo. Do you think I can pay with Visa/Paypall and than have it shipped to Belgium?

Really should do something with our plans to move to Brasil... Starting with learning Portuguese!

Xmoto Saddle on Xchallenge?

Has anyone tried this?

I am thinking about getting the lower saddle and it occurred to me, maybe the black saddle from the Xmoto would work on the Xch.... I like the black saddle look better than the blue...

Thanks

The X-Moto seat will pop right onto the X-Challenge. I tried it at my dealer...It's exactly the same heights though...

Yeah, I wish I had a choice with seat colors..I prefer the black seat too...but not enough to buy another one yet...

Thanks for the input.... I'd only do this if I choose to buy the short seat - if I do, I'd buy the Xmoto seat then.

Well shoot, that thing looks hand made so I would just assume go measure the spread on the G's bars and use that to get an piece that fits exactly to the G.

Is there a LOW Xmoto seat?

If so, it would be great to have it in black.. That's what I'll do if it comes in low.

Max - that looks like a Renazco seat.... that is sweet!

That is exactly the look I am going for....

Is the Renazco seat taller or shorter then stock? Wider or narrower than stock (looks the same from the photos)? I am guessing it is more comfortable...

What's the deal with the suede seat? How does it deal with getting wet and muddy? Does it ruin the leather? How does the suede hold up to touring - day after day of possible nasty conditions (mud, water, etc)?

Thanks
