Well, thanks. It certainly was a hell of a lot cheaper.

That is nice. That's how Choppers and Rat Bikes developed. Kinda like a Streefighter. You crash and remove/add parts until happy.

They're not FCR carbs. They're CR. Round slides instead of flat slides.

I think you misunderstood what he was saying. Yes the carbs you currently see are CRs, Here's a new picture of the upgrade to the FCRs my Buddy was talking about. I took this picture yesterday!

Curiously, they left the air injectors intact...[/quote]

The air injectors were removed before I even brought her home.

Very nice. Love that bike in yellow. Any Triumph looks good in yellow. Ah, hell, any Triumph looks good in any color! Even an old '65 Trophy...

Toro177 –

I really enjoyed checking out your bike last summer. It's a pleasure to have you here. I'm a bit biased, but that's a great bike you put together there.

Will you have it at Mid-Ohio Vintage Days again next summer? I hope so. Until then maybe you could post some larger pics of the Bonneville in its latest incarnation.
