If he manages to get up without a headache they may keep him overnite and let him go home sunday morning. Worst case scenario is that he gets the headache back and they put him back in surgery to try and find the spinal leak to fix it. He has thoroughly enjoyed everyone that has stopped by to visit-watching tv and reading is not easy flat on your back so the visits have been a bright spot to his days. thanks again everyone for the
thoughts and prayers!!! Hopefully we will be home by the end of the weekend.

Thanks for the update Kay. Let Mike know that he is in alot of our thoughts and prayers right now.

Kay, I'm sure this has been hard for Mike. Being a pretty active and independent guy having to lay around flat on his ars for so long. Here's hoping he's better soon and can get on with life.

I just got back from a short jaunt on the mountain bike. Verdict? I'm woefully out of shape. Cardio, cardio, cardio. Double tap.

I saw a few bikes, a couple KLR's blew by me on 661, but alas my motorized sickles are apart for maintenance.

I left the tropics with a sore throat that even Puerto Rican Rum couldn't burn away that developed into the creeping crud so all I do all day is cough up chunky stuff. I figured the best way to evacuate the crud from my lungs was to ride so I pedaled the most miserable 33 miles I've ever experienced.

Looks like someone needs to get busy training or busy buying a bigger TV

If it makes you feel better, I did about 3 miles, and every muscle I had was on fire. It's hilly where I rode, but still I was a pretty sad spectacle. Slush is fun, btw, like pedaling through syrup.

Got out for the first time since the get together in Zanesville back, I think it was, New Years Eve day.

I'm not much for car/bike washing, but the motorcycle was really a big fat mess from my last ride, I wanted to hose it off and then run it around to dry it off. I got in 60 miles, I saw a guy going very slow on a blue Harley style cruiser with leather bags almost as soon as I left the house. He was on Beeham Run Road slowly heading towards Salt Fork. He slowed way down and I passed him. Beeham had a lot of cinders and marbles. Later, about 5:30, I saw another guy on a BMW on Southgate in Cambridge, I think it was the guy who has the carpet and flooring place in Cambridge, his name might be Joe and he may at least lurk here.

I saw 55 degree's on a bank sign about 4:00. I wore my regular leather gloves and didn't have to put on the "snowmobile" gloves. I hate the snowmobile gloves. I could almost feel the temp dropping at 5:30.

Earlier in the day when I was in my car I saw another HD on I-70 over by St. Clairsville, and also saw some kind of non Harley touring bike with bags at the car wash in St. C. at I-70 and SR 9.

Swingset; I have listened to a couple of your Podcasts, I loaded them from here, but would like to just "subscribe" to them on iTunes, but I couldn't find it there, is it there?

I rode to church in Zanesville then up to Dresden, Adamsville then home. It was a great day and may be even nicer later in the week. Anyone up for a meet up Wed or Thu?

Mine was rolling to flat on a road bike so it was a little easier mile for mile. When Dillon or Mohican thaw out we'll have to hook up for a ride
