Lance does bicycles, not motorcycles

Or did your wife find out you bought a tiger?

I mentioned wanting a new 1050 Tiger and the wife said that would be the only kitty I would be playing with for the next 4 years. It might be worth it if I worked less hours and could ride more.

Poor guy, actually, you're lucky, my wife almost came home with a new scooter

Actually, I don't care. If she does, then I'll sell the Ascot and buy a nicer GPS with a screen I can actually see

Mike and George led our ride on their 950 adventures. About 125 miles of great gravel and turns down by the Ohio river and into the Brushcreek Wilderness Area. Vivid joined us in Toronto and some of the trails were a little tough for him and I but I think we learned alot. Thanks Mike and George for leading a great ride.
I had a great time, I've never been in the Brushcreek area. I did learn a lot today. For example, that real rocky road where you followed me, I could not have cleared that 6 months ago.

Bad road construction;

My super secret 500 acre single track playground is down that way. The dirt and gravel roads around there are a blast too on the big bikes.

Sorry buddy, didn't know. Actually, I had seen something similar to this and it made reference to "it's all fun and games until someone looses a nut" but I couldn't find the original photo

But I did find this....

which reminded me of the Farnsy award

Went through your home away from home, the Berg where you ride your Berg twice, stopped at some diner across from the "square or park".

Actullay, go past the vehicle and turn left where the truck is pointed left and that will take you up the road in the 2nd picture I posted earlier

Well there was only one taker for my ride today, but what a great time we had. Trent is a new to dual sport rider but obviously not new to riding. Trials and dirt rider and a good one too from the way he was handling the GS650 Dakar, also new to him. He's a lurker but hopefully he'll figure out you guys are not as bad as me and post a bit.

After a day of riding the "milky-est", only way to describe it, slop ever, going over some new ground, riding all of Richland Furnace which apparently has expanded and was basically empty minus some locals, then exploring some new trails, my speedo cable must have caught on a branch because this was what was left.

A great ride, good partner for the day to ride with and other than 51 degree ride down, perfect weather!

I spent three weeks on New Zealands South Island surfing good but freezing waves. I had met another backpacking bum like myself in Guatemala. We went to Mexico and surfed there then a couple years later he invited me to NZ. Long story short he characterized his country as where men are men and sheep are scared.

Thanks for the invite today Mike. Had a blast before I had to go to work. Maybe next time we can try something a little harder. That last dirt road, I could have went up and down all day..
