These are really great for the big bikes. I had a lot of fun doing the one last spring on the Dl1000.

Its a shitty day...I have to work Which sucks, at least got the crap done that I needed to be on the network to do. As crappy as the weather is, think I will drag the laptop home and do some more....

And maybe go play in the woods on the trials bike

Se my issue. Either way I'll be there, hopefully it'll dry out a bit today but it's not looking promising.
Looks like I'm going to have to cancel, I have not had a chance to change tires. After this rain no way I want to fight the mud with DS tires.

But isn't that the real challenge of dual sport. If Buildit even considers bringing the 950 it can't be "that" bad...

Any areas around West Carrollton for a noob to DS

I live in Michigan but currently work in West Carrollton during the week. Are there any mild off-road (F800gs w\street tires & a noob) areas to ride around there in the evenings?

Well, I got the new 900 series spring on the shock and the shock on the bike. So the KLR is coming.

But on the plus side it's actually sunny out right now. Might be another Lucky Luke ride where the weather forecast is crappy but the weather is actually perfect.

They can keep it!

Any mid week riders around? If so I wanna trailer down to Pike this week to do a review video of it. It would be nice of there was someone to do video of riding the trails other than me.

PM me if your available.

I hope so. There's been no sun here at all....mostly on/off rain.

There is a great member-only place called Dayton Dirt Riders just a couple miles north of West Carrollton, but it definately isn't mild or for the beginner. The only area you might check out is Anthony Rd and Lower Gratis Rd just southwest of Farmersville which is 10 miles west of West Carrollton. Its just a twisty gravel road that parrallels a rideable creek when the water is down. However, your best road riding will be to the east about 10 miles along the little miami river. Try the roads between corwin, oregonia, and fort ancient. -Mike

I saw a discussion on this term a week or so ago, it live forever in the Urban Dictionary.

1. douchebaggery 4816 up, 118 down

The greatest word of all time, simple yet pleasing in its onomatopoeic beauty. For one to commit douchebaggery, he/she is not limited to but may include some or perhaps all of the following behaviors:

- the wearing of flat-billed baseball caps backwards
- using an enormous amount of gel to spike the hair porcupine style
- wearing polo shirts or any other type of shirt with the collar popped, a disgusting gesture that should've died in the 1980s with parachute pants
- the sideways peace sign gesture
- overdone pursing of the lips
- too many visits to the tanning salon
- pointing at oneself, holding up beer cans, or making other obscenely immature gestures in solo or group photos
- following trends for the sake of fitting in (see "goatee")
- adding "The" or the suffix "-ster" to one's name, as in "The Rickster"

See Guido or perhaps frat boy for more. Essentially, "douchebaggery" is one of those things as easily understood by definition as it is by one's demonstrations of it.
At least guys with mullets can cut their hair, but there seems to be no cure for the douchebaggery exhibited by frat boys overcompensating for their small members.
