KLX650 for $1500 Older bike but looks to be in good shape in the photos.

I actually considered that KLX650, but it's to big/heavy/street oriented for what I want something for and a little more than I'm looking to spend to start out.

Found a `96 XR400 I'm going to call about later this morning so we'll see what happens. Only an hour away so at least I won't be out a small fortune in gas if it turns out to be a turd.

Try to find out if the clutch update was done. Honda also had a factory power up" kit for that bike, high comp piston, cam and hd clutch basket. They are tractors

Last time I went I was on the KTM and wiped out twice in slick muddy spots. Pike gets very slick.

You are lucking living in the heart of the good roads in Ohio. ;) I have to ride at least 100 miles to get to them. :(

Nice ride with cannonrider today, mostly gravel roads around Piedmont, Clendenning, and Tappan Lakes. I didn't take many pictures, here's one for sion, cannonrider by a covered bridge.

Since that's the only picture I have from today, here's a picture I took on a ride last Sunday over at the Hustons Smoked Chicken stand of a cute beagle puppy named Bella.

You must be thinking of someone else. I'm only 35 miles from Troy and it's 75 miles for me to head down 56 to Tar Hollow.
