Remember, part of the burden lies with the person interprecting your actions/behaviors, so don't just blame yourself. Part of my challenge is to get the scab picker to acknowledge this behavior and part of my challenge is to educate my staff on how to receive feedback from her (They perceive it as negative, but that's certainly not her intent)

Damn optimist in me
It is all good. Since i am the boss I have actually noticed an increase in productivity from my team. I know it is short lived, but it is funny to watch them triple check their work to make certain they dont piss me off. This too shall pass and I will be back to funnin around. I look forward to riding this spring for sure!

Sweet Jesus man, you are overcomplicating this something fierce. You're not building a time machine, Emmett; all of this stuff is commercially available and not expensive. Do it with the commercially available stuff and you will get a clean result.

Go to MJ USA and buy a opened carton BD enduro headlight and taillight / subfender for $45. You could probably get away without even wiring them up, although as long as they are bolted on you may as well make the electrical connections.

??? I thought I was doing this the easy way. Screw a white light to the number plate And a red light to the fender. 4 wires. Done.

That's over complicated?

You guys rock.
On this part, I will do exactly as I'm told.....again, hate wiring anything. your call (but you have to clear it with Meef first)

You boys decide, tell me what to buy and then help* me install it.

* "help" defined as: please do all wiring in exchange for adult beverages and/or cookies.

Congrats! Heck of a school to sign for! I went to my training camp there, but played for Carnegie Mellon...probably because no one else was stupid enough to offer me a spot on the field. With players like me, it was not a surprise we were not a football powerhouse.

The mighty fighting Tartans...our mascot was a Scottish Terrier.

No, I guess not. Sorry. You go ahead.

I'm sure it will look very factory, work flawlessly, and not arouse the interest of any LE.

I apologize for sticking my snout in your guys' project.
