So I am not exactly in Ohio of late.....and not riding either
unless the seat of the kerosene buzzard counts. But doesn't mean I am not thinking about riding, especially with all the bikes on the road in Brazil. And today, I discovered a true adventure rider....who needs a steenking R1200GSA, saddlebags, bar risers, GPS, crash bars or any of that other namby pamby stuff when you can have this:Yes that is right...this boy is a true adventure rider, in heavy traffic outside Bolo Horizonte Brazil, on his Honda 125, with nothing more than a helmet and a full propane tank strapped to the back! Talk about the ultimate farkle, who else hauls a full propane tank instead of a mere tailbag.....even saw another that I didn't get a picture of with 2 full propane tanks hanging off the side saddlebag style.... I thought it was BS, but my 3 traveling companions assured me this is the way they deliverr propane in some areas of Brazil.......They didn't even think it was unusual...

^^^ thats pretty cool...but I thought you were gonna say that the propane tank was his fuel source (as in the bike converted to run on the stuff) which would be even cooler
anyway, while I was slaving away at work today, this arrived in the mail: Meef will be happy

Tar Hollar Ride
I want to reserve Big Ohio tomorrow as my personal 'bike extractor'.
He's big, strong and since he rolls around in the dirt so much, I'm assuming he likes dirt. I'll only need him below 1050' of elevation. Above that, he's a free agent. Luke, you had him to yourself last week so you'll need to wait your turn. Steve, I'm planning on a light-duty day for you - no overtime. See you in the a.m.

Since this sounds like a big bike ride, I'm planning on riding the F8GS down for some fun.

How do you like your fork swap so far? I still haven't decided what I want to do with the forks on mine.

The more the merrier. See you there. Steve - I'll bring some extra tampons - we'll be good. We'll let Luke lead into the depths if there are any, and then make a decision.

I've reduced the air gap to 100mm from 130mm so we'll see how it does tomorrow.
