I dont know anything about about KLRs/Tengais, but I know how to turn a wrench...I'd be happy to do so in exchange for helmet/glove consideration.

Thanks to C&C Automotive in Xenia (AKA Smiling John and Becky) for getting that bolt out. If not for you I'd be trying to remove it with the bucket of my tractor!
Looks like it is good for another 10 years then! Also, I just receved notice that my KLR fork springs and shock were delivered today. Maybe will have that on the road soon...

You and me riding around on KLR's will make people think the circus is in town.

Some of the textile gear looks like it could be patched. AJs in Dublin has done some stuff for me...correctly and reasonable

That helmet might buff out

Looks like the gear did the job. Theres some decent closeouts on Helmets now if you poke around. Sucks. Sucks less walking away from that

I had to replace my helmet and jacket, and I scored both a direct replacement for my jacket and an identical barely-used helmet for under $150 on fleabay. Other than the colors, I have the exact same gear I crashed in (and liked a lot). If you look around, gear can be had really reasonably.

I'd like to ride behind you two on the KLRs and get some video, then add the Benny Hill theme music to it and run it at double speed
