Once it could possibly be a confrontation - at that point where YOU decide whether to escalate things with words or actions, you have to shut that aggression off and leave. Because if you don't even if the shoot is justified (as in your life is in danger) your actions can and will be attacked as you looking to shoot someone (See: George Zimmerman)

You might be in the right, 100%, and you'll still pay $50,000 in legal fees, or worse sit in jail for 20 years for murder.

I've had several situations where someone was a royal cock to me, aggressive and pushy, I had to throw up my arms in "hey, no prob broseph, you win today" surrender and walk away. Carrying had BETTER make you a calm SOB, or you'll be sitting in a cell like former OSU-GS rider.
Wise words swing. Using your ccw is the next to last thing you should want to do.

Smells like bullshit, if that was the case and he is completely innocent, why did the altercation go on for 14 miles?
If that was the case, then why the hell did he continue driving it? Smells like bs here. That aside, once one party could flee the other, this incident shouldn't have gone any further. Sounds like road rage on both sides.

Total bs on both sides. 3 shots fired first on an exit ramp, biker followed and fired 2 more times at him on east William st, then pistol whipped him with a nd that grazed his head in the AutoZone lot. This wasn't sd. On the ramp maybe it could have been. But chasing him down to a parking lot, firing twice more, then pistol whipping him at a third stop.... I'd press for attempted murder. Unless we're missing something here. If that account is fairly accurate, its a huge black mark on ccw in Ohio.

most liter class bikes have the ability to leave an aggressive pickup in its dust...

Today's episode of "The Horseshoe Shoved Up Meef's Ass":

I'm off my real job today, and I picked up a 24 hour shift on EMS. It's a nice slow day and I'm chilling on the couch, when we get a run dispatched. I yawn and pull my boots on, when suddenly, an explosion comes from outside so close I can feel it in my chest.

I just have time to start looking up towards the noise when the wall of the station disintigrates, and a pickup truck comes sailing in to the living room.

It hits the couch I'm sitting on, just barely, but vaporizes the wall and most of the living area.

I leap up and out of the way and scream like a little girl. A second or two elapse and I recover sufficiently to go to the driver's door of the truck. A woman is behind the wheel, unresponsive, with two little kids are inside screaming and crying.

I pull the door open, and the woman is in cardiac arrest.

I yell for my partner (who was in the bathroom, taking a shit). Like he didn't hear armageddon bearing down on us anyway...

I drag the woman out of the cab and onto the floor, and start CPR.

My partner comes running out, pants all askew, and we work this woman for a few minutes and are successful in getting a pulse and respirations back.

A second EMS truck arrives and we get her loaded up and she is transported, current condition is alive and talking.

The station is destroyed. So is my car. She hit my Honda, ricocheted off the car, bounced over a 2.5" porch, and into the station.

Had my car not been there to slow her down I suspect she'd have probably killed both my partner and I. We were both in the path of the truck, the bathroom is basically on the other side of a wall about ten inches from where her bumper stopped. Not to mention, she would likely have died since it would have been another 5 minutes for the other EMS truck to get there and start working her.

Fucking craziness. And the ultimate irony, after all that, we were still on duty, and we get a run... to the local hospital... to take the driver to a cardiac hospital.

Obligatory post carnage photos:

yeah that's what i meant the liter bikes just pick up and move on. Now when i was on the ol klx 300 i had a few assholes i couldn't pass try to give me a run for my bacon. normally i had to slow down and deal with them.... that is until heavy traffic or a stop light.

The living room looks like a cheesy 80's era porn shoot.
