Yeah, doesn't take a ton of weight. I think I used a few dumb bells to do it.

Speak of dumb bells, today is the 2 year anniversary of me getting my ass back in shape. Started P90X today in 2010, and have been doing it or a variant of those workouts ever since...except for small breaks to heal from stupid accidents.

I'd love to say how awesome and fun it is, but it's still hard fucking work every day but I'm not giving up any time soon. It's improved my health immeasurably, and made everything I do easier, from riding motorcycles to sitting in an office chair all night. I haven't been sick, or had headaches, or any breathing issues so that's been like having a new life.

I lost 35lbs and 3" of waist line. Contrary to my hopes, I didn't get any hairline or penis length out of it. Oh well.

I'm gonna see if Abercrombie and Fitch is hiring 42 year olds to stand in front of the store shirtless, I need a career change.

Interestingly... I work out less now than I ever have and drink much less fluid (water and everything else), and I've been getting sick or generally feeling tired more often.

Funny how these things work.

The K100 is an advanced vehicle, with electronic ignition and fuel injection, requiring minimal "tune-up" style maintenance. Sparkplug, oil, and air filter changes top the list of routine maintenance items. More in depth maintenance includes renewing the front fork oil, brake fluid and coolant, synchronization of the throttle bodies, tire balancing, and the "spline lube" operation.

more god info probably: http://www.ibmwr.org/ktech.shtml

hope that helps.

What year and what type of ignition? Some older points style ignition could be considered part of routine maintenance IMO.
