Steph and I'd like to do some long distance two-up stuff in the coming years. Gonna go back to an R1200GS to make that a bit more comfortable.

I know that the NC700X is bad mouthed pretty often, but I'll be damned if I haven't looked at them close every time I've found an excuse to be at a dealer. Maybe it's the sheer oddballness of them that attracts me...

I've always been intrigued by those, my inner KLR and VW guy always unge me to make one, but I've never gotten around to it. Looks cool, go cook something.

As for Whitey stepping on heads....I've seen it in person, and the other guy was pretty big, and the other guy ended up pretty bloody......

So someone else was using your account when this was said?

As far as "craving attention" goes...I don't think that's the case because I don't like being the center of attention. Maybe my attempts at trying to be funny are being misinterpreted.

After all this thread is mostly entertaining and sometimes informative when it comes to finding out about rides....

I said I wasn't going to step on your head, don't push it hoss.

If you didn't have a look at me mentality, you wouldn't be posting 1000 videos of dumb shit. Like I said, the people I have met who have met you in person say you are ok, so I will take your internet persona with a grain of salt

No, I saw one at the dealer the other day, The salesman told me go ahead and sit on it. I laughed and asked him if he had a five gallon bucket to help me up.
He just laughed.

Pee sitting down, too, because it's just respectful.
Sorry, I didn't know but it explains a lot.

Indy - if you are trying to be funny, I think it isn't working much of the time. I suspect you sense of humor might be a bit more queer than my own and I have to practice self censorship from time to time; occasionally after the fact with an apologetic PM or three. I have slowly become aware that a lot of the banter that goes on between people in this thread is between friends who are very familiar with each other outside of the thread. Thinking you can jump into the fray in the thread without the prerequisite face time might not generate the intended outcome. We all like bikes and most of us can probably act like asses at times, but being an ass with your friends isn't the same as being an ass to someone you haven't actually met. Try not to take it or make it personal.

Not familar with anything close by, but you may be referring to this:

http://www.ohioatvworld.com/index.html

Never been there but seems a little to commercialized for my tastes.

Spoke with someone this afternoon on a ride who owns one, says it inspired confidence in his riding. Mentioned a very low center of gravity and handles good. Keep an eye out, I'm sure they'll start popping up used soon. Keep and eye out for a used Auto version for me.
