What's your exploder's tongue weight rating?

You're looking at around 400lbs with the bike and carrier.

Doesn't look like it has any anti-tilt device on the tongue - a bike will pitch and rattle something fierce without one.

I have the $115 dollar aluminum/steel hauler from discountramps.com, and it came with a 3-bolt fixture that locks the tongue to the hitch and it does a good job of keeping it sitting still.

Something to consider.
