Nationwide ins.

Mark, Good luck with the law suit. I am rooting for you. I have never liked Nationwide insurance ever since I had health insurance with them and they refused a claim and could not tell me why it was refused. Even though I am a farm owner I refuse to join the Ohio Farm Bureau because the Farm Bureau endorses Nationwide insurance. Carl

ALWAYS stay injured until you are satisfied with a settlement!

Sounds like a good idea. Six on your side might get you some attention. Couldn't hurt and it's free. Given the details you wrote in October I can't see why they wouldn't put it on the air. A man dedicates his life to the public by serving both on a police force and EMT squads, escapes severe injury/death by inches, saves womans life and her insurance co won't pay a meer $5,000 to cover your losses? I'd roll the dice and call them, worst they could say is no. Might get your check a lot faster and you don't have to deal with lawyers and courts.

It's got a flip-flop hub, fixie on one side and single-speed on the other. I'm using the single-speed side and enjoying it so far. May try the fixie at some point, but thinking I'll have the same reaction as you.

Congrats on your retirement!

Odd, I decided to never use Progressive again after I was t boned by a NAPA truck driver and Progressive refused to represent me in any way saying NAPA has an out of state carrier and we will not deal with them. If it had not been for my dad I would have been out my only transportation and screwed in the process. It took a call to the Attorney General from my dad and I had a certified same day envelope for the vehicle plus any injuries I might have suffered. Since then I have used the AG many times to force businesses to address their financial obligations.
Fortunately my experiences with All State has been much better in many cases.
