Not good to hear. We just had a timing chain pulley eat itself in ours requiring considerable engine work. Had the fuel pump replaced a couple years ago also. We have a '10 4cylinder equinox. Nice car but the engine is starting to worry me. Might have to sell it before the warrantee runs out, instead of holding on to it for 10 to 15 years like planned.

If only you worked at a place that built probably the most dependable cars made today; and if only you could get a considerable discount on one of those vehicles by virtue of your employment there.

That'd be sweet.

That's the motivating reason I got into dual sports, I pretty much was always going 40 mph over the speed limit on my FZ1. Up until the Tenere I had a self imposed 650cc limit. I've had to renegotiate that with myself now, but I look at it like a 600cc limit... twice.

Does that seriously have marbled paint and an extended swingarm?

Yep. Looks damn nice and keeps the front tire mostly down.

Want to buy: Dual Sport or Enduro <$1,000

I know this is not the flea market but local is the key to what I'm looking for. This is probably a long shot but I'm wanting to purchase my first off road bike. I would prefer an enduro that I can make street titled, or an already street titled dual sport. I don't care what it looks like as long as it runs. I'm looking to spend between $500 & $1,000. I know that is a tall order but I have to throw it out there. I do not currently own a trailer but I'm not opposed to getting one.

Yeah, keeps the front tire down - for drag racing. Ruins the geometry and handling too. But, your bike if it's what you like.

For me it didn't effect it so much. It takes a bit more to turn now, but it's not nearly as bad as most make it out to be. Granted I'm also only running 4" more, not a full drag arm.

I thought since you are a LEO you could speed all you want.

http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/mcy/3572600244.html if it has a title

I picked up a street titled '99 Husky WR250 in pretty good shape last year for $900. I got a bit of a buddy deal, could have sold for $1100.

Yeah, I thought the same thing.

I think I have bought my last American brand auto/truck, but I would not rule out a Polaris/Victory or HD in my future.

I have always bought American to help offset the bikes I rode, but too many stupid issues with my 2006 Chevy truck on features that were reliable in the old days, but seem to be less so now.

I've never met you, but I assume you have gold teeth, wear a wall clock around your neck, and have a street name that is two words, the latter simply a vowel.

Yes?

From dinner tonight in France...

Some kind of potato dish. Ok, but wouldn't pay 15 bucks for it back in the US.

Dessert was awesome though!

Restaurant was pretty cool.
