Sad to see the last one go, but I have other fish to fry for a while...and I can still pedal my ass off on the trails, so there's that. Yeah, no comparison for grins, but it keeps me in shape.

I'll still stick around and enjoy the banter, I suppose, but it's back in the cage for me until I have the money and time for a new scoot. Hoping to get something else in a year or two, but who knows what the future will bring. It's been fun riding and socializing with everyone, and I'll miss that tremendously.

Interestingly, having little to no time for the bike in the last year got me to go back to something I did a lot when I was young, which is competitive bowling. Used to really love it, and I started bowling again in leagues and tournaments. I just went to the Nationals in Reno on a team and we cashed out and brought home $700 per guy, which paid for my trip. My last 2 local tournaments paid $150 back in my pocket too. After throwing money at bikes, gear and trips for 5 years, it's pretty sweet having a hobby pay for itself. Cue Roy Munson jokes...
Good luck in your new adventures.

If anybody else is doing seats (ahem GCMK), I bought a new pneumatic stapler at HF today. Was on sale and I had a coupon, think it was like $16.....i figure if we do Joe's and i do the one on my WRR, it was worth it...

Anyone is welcome to come here and use my air and garage, or I'd drop it in the mail or off at a dinner or ride.

What's the part number for the stapler? I'm assuming it has a nose on it?

This one?

I think the Suzuki was an RG500? Or was that the street model? I'll have to do some research! Memory going bad.
There were many Formula 1 4 cyl. two strokes. Prolly most famous was the TZ 700-750 platform.
They even put one in a flattracker that Kenny Roberts won a mile race on. Probably the greatest flat track racer EVER!

Not sure the part #, it's in my truck still. It's the 20 ga. The shortest staple the one in your link will shoot is a 5/8", the 20ga goes down to 1/4"

Might have been a square 4. Haven't had time to research yet.

The race and bike that created the rules that helped Harley Dominate the Flat Track races and the bike he said they couldn't pay him enough to ride.
