Murphy is a fun area. Some great back roads too.

In 2010, I lived in Augusta, GA for six months, which is where 28 starts. One weekend I rode the whole length of it and have to say it starts getting good in Walhalla, SC.

Has anyone here used the Olympia horizon pants or jacket? They seem to have everything I'm after in rain gear.

No, but it was just down the road from there. This is the high point, Campbell Hill. Not much of a view there, considering it's surrounded by buildings.

Yeah, but being tied for the 121st highest point in the state just doesn't sound as impressive.

I'm a firm believer that change in elevation is more fun than just hanging out on a high point.

I was thinking it was a high point for some other reason.
