It's all good. I learned a lot and will hopefully be better prepared next time. If I can just get the bike to do more of the work, I can save energy and won't be as sloppy. I'm sure I'll be sore in the morning, but for now I'm medicating with Vitimin B.

Scott, take the Fj for a spin, a few people up here that rode it from State 8 said there was something wrong with it causing ill handling. I doubt any of the spoke up to the Yamaha guys. If there is, I'd hate to see someone get hurt on it. Go look at the last 3 pages of the NEO thread.

helluva useful skill...in a very narrow range of circumstances

Come take one for a spin this weekend and see what I am talking about.
What are the demo days like? I might go after work tomorrow if the demo days are a good time. I'm still completely undecided on what category of bike I'm going to get for my first, so I'd like to try a WRR, FZ6, and something from the Star lineup. I know this is the ADVrider forum, but i want to try a standard sport bike and a cruiser. I've always wanted a cruiser, but then Gonzo took me on a trip down gravel roads and to stone quarry and that was a lot of fun.

Haha, can I use your money? The whole house building thing is putting a little damper on the toy money. I do plan to have a multibike stable...eventually.

The truck had no WR's on it when it was up north over the weekend but I am sure you can find a WR or 20 to ride from forum members.

He knows where mine is and everyone knows that I don't care who takes my bikes for a spin, or crash, or whatever....
