You do know the smoke shield for those things is $85, seems like you would have pulled it off as a spare.
I predict that in the greatest example if irony ever, it belongs to Sion.....

Besides I already have one.

So just claim it as yours so I can have the smoked visor please.

Awesome, sounds good Super. Would never have expected there to be so many ADV'ers so close by... Not to go too far overboard as a n00b so soon, but I feel like I will need to arrange a meeting at Bob's for sometime in the very near future. First round will be on me, stay tuned.

You'll make all kinds of friends if you're covering the first round. Let me know when, I'm in.

What if I gave you a reason to come visit? Maybe you could bring that SD40VE? See, but now I don't know. Being all mean and everything.

If anyone needs new ADVOhio stickers...

Now that I finally have a minute I can post up about the latest batch of ADV Ohio decals and how you can get some. Rbsride365 was kind enough to produce them and I helped cover the cost of materials and will distribute them. This batch of ADV stickers is 2 1/2" x 4" (the original ones were 2"x3"). This vinyl is slightly thinner material but seems to actually conform to bends better and should have the same outdoor longevity.

In this picture the original is white and this batch are sized as the orange once to give you a visual reference.

Colors and options. There are plenty of the white and a few dozen of the camo, safety orange, and pop a wheelie decals.

Pricing via paypal or cash
Ohio ADV $1 each delivered via USPS
Ohio ADV $.50 each picked up- I live in Akron but have offices in Cleveland and Columbus.
Pop a Wheelie $1 each shipped individually. $.50 if combined with other order or picked up.
Want a bunch? I'll make you a deal.

PM with your order quantity and colors desired and I'll get back to you with a price and my Paypal account address.

A few things to note:
First I have a real job so it may take a few days to get them in the mail but I am a man of my word and will get them to you asap.
We are not looking to make any profit from these but envelopes, stamps, and time is not free.

yeah but I'd still have to go way out of my way to ride up to IP to claim it...I'm gonna need more incentive than that

a "bit"...? "frugal"...? I appreciate the tactfulness, but lets face it...I'm cheap. Not by choice, mind you, but of necessity...I'm supporting a wife, a teenaged daughter, 3 cats, a dog, and a massive motorcycling addiction on one income (and its not a 6 digit income, unfortunately)...if I wasn't cheap, I'd never have the money to do anything.

I'm up for it, if you don't mind a tag a long. I'm still a gravel and dirt noob (only a handful of gravel, trail, dirt rides. Just bought my first dual sport! ).

It's Saturday (06/29), 10:00AM at McDonald's in Caldwell. I suppose with normal shenanigans, we'll roll out before 10:30, maybe 10:15.
I've put a bunch of roads together, it will be a mix of high speed (well, as fast as WRRs go ) gravel, some nastier unmaintained roads (so far they all have other ways around), likely a lower creek crossing (or two), and I've thrown in a couple of roads I've never been on for good measure. Expect lots of elevation change and many blind corners. Loop is not totally planned yet, but getting close. I can always add more miles if needed.

So far its me, Meefzah, and Mgbgt89. Mikef5000?

IIRC, someone was looking for a DR350 a few days ago? There's an electric start one on Parkersburg/Marietta Craigslist right now.
http://parkersburg.craigslist.org/mcy/3894408408.html
I'd be in! This would be my first ride, been meaning to get in on them. Anyone going from cbus? If so maybe we could meet up before heading out? I work till usually 7am so I could probably meet up at 8 or after.

A dr350 that gets 70mpg? Try maybe 50mpg when stock
