Attack of the pre 08 KLRs Or BigOhio and I out having fun. Either way it was a good ride worthy of a video.

I was wondering if there was going to be a video....I guess I should I been 100% confident...lol

I have to say that my run up that steep rocky hill after the river crossing looked a lot better than yours!

We just took off, no plan, no route, no gas...... We had a good time as it wasn't too hot, the trails weren't to wet and with just two of us we moved around pretty fast.

I went out and checked it out and you did have a nice run up the hill. Too bad you dumped it in the creek right before that!

I snagged that bridge last summer...this is what it looked like then:

I remember knocking on the door of the house before riding down onto the grass for the picture...didn't wanna get shot by an angry property owner...since no one answered, I took a chance and got my pictures.
I`ve talked to guy that owns the land. He would have been fine with you riding in the grass. He has a H-D parked in the shed.

Mark,I have a copy of a hand drawn map of SanToy by a guy who lived there. It`s about 3`x4` with all the names of the people that lived there in each house and what each building was and where the mines were. The building you thought was the jail was the fire pump station. The two ramps that everyone thinks was the mines were the ramps to the entertainment stage. You can copy it if you want. Great for when you are walking around the area. There are really 3 areas of SanToy.

I thought that building was a little small to be a jail! It would be cool to see the map, though.

And I concur with Meef on the Moonville tunnel: you should stop and see it if you're in the area, Kings Hollow too. Personally I though KH was a better sight.

Next time your in Columbus in your car you can pick it up. It is flat and I don`t want to crease it but it can be rolled tube like. The jail is the only other building still standing. It`s next to the other road.(not the one going up the hill) Fall is the best time to walk the area to find the foundations.

OK, official list is started, let's add to it.
Don't think I can make it for Friday camping but a Saturday ride looks to be in the cards!
