Well, I registered on Ohio rides last night to check it out. Hell I'm on KLR forum, KLR.com. Stromtroopers, and Strom forum. Well, it's another source for local info, but so far isn't any wealth of information. Set up just like Strom forum.
Not trying to lead anyone away from the collective of ADV rider, truth be known I'm more likely to bring them here. Consider this my under cover report!

I like this site better myself and only wish I had found it sooner. If you ride all winter or off-road, you would probably be better-off here. I visit this site way more oftern than the original Ride Ohio (see signature) and I'm related to the guy. In fact, if it hadn't been for him, I probably would have never gotten into motorcycles and I'd be filthy rich by now!

Dave....Jeez.....just thought it might be nice to have another option for some info. No affiliation with the site at all. Didnt know it was a competition of which site has more members
. Just wanted to get out some info to the riders and support some Ohio riding. As far as which site is better....does it really matter? Information is information, the more the better no? And to be honest...I didnt even know this forum had an Ohio thread till Slip PM'd me. And quit stalking my posts

and the and the . Others would not have been as nice. There is a little protocol around here that is learned and not written - and part of that is make sure you know the audience who will read what you are posting, and where you are posting it. A good start would be to post an introduction, and get to know the folks in the Central and NE threads. - and then get me a beer, and some bacon! Dave P.S. And learn to use the search function. It's a beautiful thing to separate the valuable from the spam.

. Speaking of which...Slip can I still ride down wit you? You get a Stella, Becks, Hieny, St Pauly

Ah, stella is not so bad. I just stay away from the green bottle stuff bcause green glass does not filter out UV rays and it is UV that causes that Skunky flavor that sometimes affects the green and clear bottled beers.
Now about that avatar of your's... Ack

I still like the u-tube video of the squid doing tricks naked, then he takes a dive. Guy shows the road rash on camera as onlookers make fun of him.
