Do anyone know where he's buried? By any chance on the Südfriedhof in Köln? I've got an old highshool friend there so I'm often bringing him flowers, would me my pleasure to say goodbye to Ralf too.

If anyone knows Ralf or his family, I truely believe Ralf would not want Bacon to finish his journey here. Please PM me and I will pay whatever the freight costs etc are needed to help let Bacon continue his journey. I am sure Ralf would want this..

Sorry for my late information!!!

Good news - so far - Bacon is on my side! I recovered it from his sister in law.
The rucksack with all in is lost - But I heard that the original one was back somewhere in GB?!?!

I can forward Bacon by post or by bike or......whatever - just let me know how to proceed!!

What do you think about asking the MOTORRAD Crew (www.motorradonline.de) to take Bacon on a journey?? Maybe they can take him on some of ther tours and do handover to someone out of germany. I think a few parts from Asia and especialy Africa are still "white spots" on Bacons roadmap?!?

I´ll be in Stuttgart (where the MOTORRAD is located) sometime in december and i live in the ruhr-area, not so far from "Sauerland"....

just my 2 cent, to get Bacon back on the road!!

Our Bacon has indeed been to Africa, Tunisia in fact. Just look through this report, he's been quite a few places already.

I for one would like to see Bacon back at his origin, home with GazaFish in Melbourne. If only to reunite before another journey, it would be really cool to see all these years later.

Ok, you´re right he has been there for a journey, but there was no handover, to get him closer to australia.... that´s what i thought.....
