Nathan (the postman) is in Poland right now you should try to get a pic with him...Bacon would love that I'm sure, they both have travelled a long way and started in Oz!

Hi friends,

since last weekend we are back. Today I have the time to upload the final pics. On Tuesday we drive from Berlin in the south-east an we passed the border to Poland by Gubin.

In the south of Zary it was enough with onroad an we found some offroad ways.

After drifting over some hours we spent the night in a small hotel in Legnica.

The aim of the next day was the hill Schneekoppe, the highest point of the region with 1.602m. But it was not possibly to drive to the top by motor-vehicles. So we drove to Jelenia Gora and spent the time with a good Meal "Placek po Wegiersku". It´s very cheap in Poland, the total price for three Meals with 3 * 1/2L Beer was total only 12$.

In the afternoon we drove to the very nice Grandma of a german girlfriend of us.

In the afternoon we found a fine, cheap Hotel in Vrchlabi an spent there two nights. Next morning we drove to the Skiing area Spindleruv Mlyn (Spindler´s Mühle). Nearby Semily we found a small technik museum with old cars, motorbikes and machines. We gave Bacon the chance to drive an old car.
