Another clean 56.

I prefer a bit more natural but not a fan of the fake or faux -tina that seams to be popular. I'll take some dull paint or primer on a old rig.

Church of Chop show at Iron Horse had a nice collection of rust.

This one had a few fun bits - skeleton hands holding the lights and stuff.

I think those guys are going for factor condition. I can only imagine buying one of those new.

My '55 has some character. The previous owner oversprayed paint everywhere, even on the upholstery and headliner. What a buffoon.

I need to get it out and have some better photos than what I uploaded a few weeks ago.

go to www.stepvanparts.com never had any problem getting any kind of step van part and their prices are very fair. This is what you can do to a step van with time and effort

Thankyou David.

I've known about Mills Supply for many years now, as this is my 7th steppie. 3 of 'em were conversions. (I was living in one when I met my wife 26 years ago.)

this conversion you posted above is a member of the Stepvans group with me over on the H.A.M.B. I've seen lotsa photos of that little gem!

an awesome quote once heard..."Stepvans are more fun then 3 VolksWagons!!!"
