1972 gmc

72 GMC 1/2 Ton Four wheel drive LONG BED Automatic (350 turbo) with NEW factory GM Crate 350 small block. The Tranny was rebuilt motor new 4,xxx miles on it now. Every thing under the hood replaced. Motor, Headers, Power steering, Power brakes, Alt, Battery, 4 core HD radiator, HEI ingnition, 4 barell Edelbrok with mathing intake. New brakes, rotors pads, wheel cylinders, shoes. New dual Magna Flows. New Cooper Tires. New shocks. A/C works! Four wheel drive works no issues. I have all new rubber for the truck. Every piece of rubber and window channels in a box. The body was done and repainted in 2000. This truck is like driving a new 72 GMC. I get "Nice truck man" every time I drive it. 1972 Chevy 72 Chevy 1972 GMC 72 GMC

I just rebuilt the carb. It had several leaks. We'll see how it runs once I go through the ignition system fully.

Thanks, No other mods..installed that is. I have a dana 60 for the front and a 14 bolt for the rear. Just need to go through them and do a regear to 488. Also have a newly rebuilt 427..just sitting on the floor.
To make it worse I am luke warm about the project now as I am looking hard for a early short box 2wd

Yeah, I think the '67-'72 short bed Chevy is one of the best looking trucks of all time. They look great slamed: (not mine)

I'm forever a Ford guy when it comes to trucks, but these are probably the best looking, post-fat-fender trucks ever made.
