Apparently you are not yet aquainted with the Cheburator. It is similar to the vehicle in the picture you posted in that it and the other Cheburators run on innertubes or innertube-like tires. Odd but cool.

Mine. 1966 Ford F100. It belonged to my wife's grandfather. Had Flintstone floors and all kinds of rot. I spent 40 hours a week on it for about six months and close to $3500 getting it back in shape. All for a truck that might be worth $2000. It's a decent 10 footer. Oh well - it's pretty cool.
