edit: I should have read the rest of your post. I'd love to do that sometime. Carrizo Plains is a great place to go. Springtime is fantastic when all of the wildflowers are out.
I would love a chance to meet up with you guys if you are near the Carrizo. Springtime IS great out here.

My BMW R75/6 Cozy rig is not real dirt-worthy but I'd love to ride with some other sidecars just the same.

Hey D!

I'll give you a heads up when the time comes.

Maybe in March; if this warm weather keeps up, maybe sooner.

Congrats! I'll be interested in reading your reports to see how you like it. Maybe it'll make me feel better if you report back that actually it sucks on the gravel, sucks on the street, and is unreliable. Yeah, that'll make me feel better.
I already miss it, but its gone to a good home.

Yesterday I heard Richard is away on holidays, coming back this weekend.
I PM'd him on another Forum, telling him (some) people miss his contributions ( me included ).

Richard Away

Richard NL has been at the Dragon Rally in North Wales over this weekend, as have several of our contributors.
In contrast, our sidecar club were out on the eastern side of England in North Yorkshire. Mist, mud and rain, but an enjoyable weekend.

Guessing mist, mud and rain also applied to the Wales gathering. Can't remember a time when at least the rain part didn't apply to Wales. The rainsuit makers in the US could use it as a good testing area. No wonder it is so green and beautiful.

Cheers
