Hi from Germany,
it works. We got the subscripton from Vernon and also from some sidecarists from Australia, England, Ireland and one from Israel and of course The Netherlands. If anybody has a problem, only send an e-mail to Heidi.Franitza@t-online.de with your adress. Keep the third wheel on the ground. Winterbiker

Finally on the road and sorted, the result of many hours ( understatement) of toil and head-scratching. One K100lt mated to a chair with a bit of history. She was originally built in the early seventies by a man called Cliff Day. I bought her iback in March and she was in a bit of a sorry state.
Mods to chair:- New chassis chucked the old trailer suspension unit and made an axle that runs through the sidecar chassis to an air-assisted shock mounted between the bike and chair. Removed the 6mm toughend glass from front and side screens and replaced it with 3mm polycarbonate. Replaced original front lights and fitted a pair of old style mini lights and a 5" headlamp with dip and main beam. Mods to bike:- Smart car rear wheel with 15" m&s tyre Home-made subframe (special thanks to our brethren down-under for inspiration) Home-made front swinging arm mated to an old pair of Unit down-tubes with 50mm trail Heidenau K60 Snow tyre on front that sings loudly at 60mph!! Exhaust re-routed to right side of bike Considering how heavy the whole outfit is she handles very well, with light, neutral steering and goes like Sh*t off a hot chrome shovel!!! We're off to the Elefant rally in 3 weeks time so I'm off to do some road testing
