Finished it last week and been riding it to work. Still need to install the tonnaeu(sic) covers and possibly the windshield. Bottom color is bed truck liner paint, top is lowes glossy black and covers are DupliColor (close enough match to BMW Iceberg Silver). Oh yeah, its a 1997 Sputnik I found in NJ this past summer still in crate.

my new rig!
Couple of shots of my new rig - my wife, 3 1/2 yr old son and I flew down to North Carolina from Kingston, ON, and rode the rig home over a 2 wk period, camping most of the way.
Couldn't have asked for a better trip! I should work on a RR at some point. ![]() ![]() dc |

The (Dutch) EML - GT2 with 15" rims, was my first proper family-hack too. Still like them. The K is not so bad either. Good family rig.
Congrats. Richard-NL

Like the look of that rig of yours. Looks like you have a bit more space with the eml. I'm jealous. Cheers Fin P.S. Get that trip report going asap.

Then cut it in half. Followed by cutting it in half again. Then struggle to get it all on the rig, and ditch a few more awkwardly shaped items. then go and have the best trip you've ever had, with the whole family in tow! dc (ps - pack a spare clutch cable). |

That's the best advice I've heard in a long time... I'll print it of for my wife. And, of course, a spare clutch cable. Cheers Fin
