I know you call it a Sputnik, we call it a Jupiter. Here’s another one on a Guzzi.
The red Guzzi originated from a V1000 SP and the green one from a V50 Dutch Military bike.

Love the military styled MZ (pictured in Bastonge with the Battle of the Bulge tank?) in Richards selection. I would wonder about the power to weight ratio with the links, the chair and all those ammo boxes though

My first solo MZ trip was across there (November 92 or 3) and I remember parts of it weren't designed to deal with Pneumat (East German) tyres for sure

RSwife has ridden an Emme for years, and I was always suprised what that nimble little outfit could do

Especially with the 300cc kit fitted, nice go-anywhere bike.

Hi, Can anyone please help me with any info of the mounting points of this KTM LC4 with this Russian sidecar. I require more info as to how they mounted the front steering head fitting while retaining the large fuel tank.

That 'front brace' looks more like a steering damper.

Thanks, but yes I can see that the strut is a steering damper, I require if possible a photograph of the front top fixing with the large tank removed. I think this shot of the KTM and sidecar was in one of these ADV pages with a German company in the write up, but try as I may I have been unable to find the write up.
