That big jump photo is from a World Championship sidecar-cross race, in Spain. Here's the video that goes with it (from THIS site):

All about the sport, on my other website: SidecarCross.com

and a couple more shots from the same jump . . .

That video is awesome. I've never seen sidecar-cross. I always thought the passengers on roadrace outfits had to be trusting. ta.

And a last one for the moment. My first sidecar, on the left with the blue fairing. I had that one for a few years, then bought the sidecar from the white one on the right. Both were made by Jeff Lindsay in Lismore. I haven't seen Jeff for about 15 years.

HEY- couple of questions, please;

Mister Jimbosidecar, where is that solo seat from. Did you use the stock BMW T-bar? (Sometimes I wish my Denfeld has a little padding...)

Mr B. Powell, what kind of sidecar is that?

Thanks

Hi all, well here is my new toy, I'm in So Cal and I had Dauntless set it up for me. I have had it for a year now. I bought it for the grand daughters, so they can come play with grammie. They have so much fun that my daughter bought a Suzuki Intruder and she is going to hook up another Daytona to her bike. A family adventure. It is just tooooo fun.

Sweet,
how did you single side the wheel? I'm working on one using the swing arm and wheel from a xt550 bike, but I like this setup better.
Any more pics of it?

solo seat

Hi, We make them. It's a copy of a H-D Panhead seat pan modified to fit either a BMW slash 2 or a plunger CJ or even older BMW. Interested? Send me an e-mail.

Well, i can't say i have any photo's of the interior, beyond this shot of "Charlie".. he's 6'6" and my Friday the 13th Port Dover riding partner.

Lots of room in there - it was originally a fore and aft 2 seater sidecar.
