Just an added note....if you have a GS and have not bought products from Rick yet.....WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!

His products are made very well. He is very very fast to reply with questions and I don't think that I have ever dealt with someone easier and more straight forward.

If only he made a full skid plate.

BUY HIS STUFF NOW!!!!!! You won't regret it!!

Received my front brake fluid reservoir guard for my F800GS today. Shipping took 5 business days from BC to SoCal. Not too bad.

Although it does not photograph well, the part looks great. Photo looks like it is not finished well and has nicks all over it (which it WILL by the time I start using it), but it is actually perfect. So please don't judge the appearance of the part from this photo.

I will update this thread once I get it on the bike.

F800GS front brake fluid reservoir guard.

This photo is not a good indication of what this high quality product is all about. I had a massive sand crash a while ago which prompted my need for a new reservoir cover. My brake fluid reservoir bracket was bent all sorts of directions, and bending it back into place without having to drain the fluid took quite a bit of effort. This is as close as I could get it for now. Next time I flush my brake fluid I will either replace that U-bracket (assuming it's sold separately), or bend it back down into place (sand it, paint it, etc).

Since our man Rick is going on his yearly adventure, if anyone has questions about this part, feel free to ask me. If you end up wanting one, you're going to have to wait for him to get home to see if he has any left or is willing to make another run of them!

Oil cooler and TPS guard.

Ordered the oil cooler guard and the TPS guard for my GSA. Both are top quality. I am very impressed. Installing them was easy. They look great on the bike. The piece of mind knowing these two areas are protected is worth it itself. I will order again with out a doubt. Thanks.
