Nice bike, Lornce!! Great shot of the family, too. Nothing like loved ones when we get done with a long journey.

It really was a great motorcycle trip full of beautiful scenery and wonderful people.

Your pics are awesome, too!

That kid of yours is a real cutie. Both of my teenage daughters wandered by the computer when I was looking at the thread, and both let out a big "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!"

Okay, so there won't be an R80G/S-PD Hot Rod Sacrilege component to "My Garage of Doom". It left today in the capable and appreciative hands of a new owner on it's way to a new Quebec home.

Salut R80G/S-PD. It was a fun ride.

Don't worry; the Teenage Years are looming on the horizon.

I was drooling over your pictures in the Aviation Mega-Thread. They were terrific!

Would love to see, and especially hear, the Reno Air Races.

The R90/6 sidecar rig, R100GSPD HPN'esque build and S2 restoration are going to be keeping me plenty busy for the next few years. We want to squeeze a move across the country into that schedule, too.

Something had to give and the R80G/S had it to give. If you know what I mean?

Lornce,
Your thread title "garage of doom" and the first post of "beware all BIKES of who enter here"
seem to be inaccurate to me. Looks to me like it is all good for the bikes, it looks like beware and doom for BUGS...

Nice thread, scoots and family. Good job.

Check yer PM's.

You've got a place to stay, food, and a bike to use if you ever decide to fly down and experience the fastest motorsport on Earth.

Wow. That's very kind of you, Al.

If you ever get the urge to visit the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum let me know and we'll spruce up the guest room.

And those aeroplane sound clips were fantastic!

This is just way too awesome not to share. I love my S2 Buell. It's a special bike that I don't expect I'll ever sell. It's goofy amounts of fun to ride, too.

Considering the drivetrain, I've gotta think it fits just fine here in Old School.

It was 12C today.

In Southern Ontario if it's 12C on November 27th you go for a motorcycle ride. Doesn't even matter that it rained the whole day. No electric vest or heated grips required.

Not a darn thing happened in the garage today.
