True...but from the price point of view they're equivalent...and my $$$ would go to Honda...;)

I've read abt this event for at least 5 yrs now...and it enjoys a large turnout...something like approx.300 ST-owners...but I dislike events that are this large...easy to get lost in the crowd...I think the biggest event I've been to..although not officially a STOC event...was Moonshine this year.

No biggie Randy...Sorry to say I wont be at the BRG again this year...work just wont allow me the time off...but the last weekend this month I will be out at the Iron Horse in Stecoah for the annual vintage Yamaha rally. Gonna hit all the ususal attractions then some lesser known but equally good roads with no squids or cagers on them...we always hold this rally before the foliage changes and the leaf peepers are out in force...that has a way of killing a good ride...LOL

Ben,
There is still time for ArkanSTOC, BamaSToC, DinkieSTOC, CTSTOC, FLSTOC and some others even if you don't make the BRG. I wish that I could make them all but I can't. Dinkie & BRG will be highest priorities on my list. Work has a way of getting in the way of perfect attendance records!

Sorry to say those events are off the table as well...if it falls between the last 2 weeks of Aug til the 1st 2 weeks of June...I'm pretty much out of it...I'm working graveyard at the Eastern NC School f/t deaf...but I do get 8 weeks of summer vac't I really love my job and wouldnt want to miss being with the deaf kids...they are really great...so that helps keep me going...I did make OH-STOC as taht was in late June...what a great event too...Sirepair employs the same drop and sweep as Uncle Phil so its a great rally and Gary(ilovethewest) knows every road in WVA and SE Ohio...A very family eevent and personal just how I like them...not something like West STOC which always has 300+ turnout...just too big to meet everyone ya know???
Heres a recent pic...

So the Corbin smuggler trunk will fit with a standard (non-Corbin) seat? Looks great!

Jeff

Yeah, it's interchangeable with the pillion seat. You can swap one for the other in about 30 seconds.
