2 bike (3 rail) Erde trailer

SOLD

For sale is my Erde CH451 trailer.

It is ~100kg unladen, with a gross laden of 450kg. It is 3 rail, so ideal for one bike in the centre or 2 on each side.

I have used this for a 12GS, or 2 trail bikes.

Rails are 2m, wheel into hoop adds about 25cm (or half the wheel). GS type bike fits on.

Complete with 3 rails, 3 hoops (moveable), 1m ramp, prop stands and all other usual components. It has a new spare wheel (but bolted on rather than using a wheel holder). Wheels have locking nuts. Tyres are as new.

It is in excellent condition (only one or two scrape marks on arches as is typical) and lives garaged.

Note the sale is subject to successful completion of the sale of my Beta, expected this week, but please PM is interested.

This isn't my one, but identical

Here is the actual one

380 collection only

PM me.

SOLD

WP Extreme 50mm forks and triples (+ other parts)

Hey guys,

I have a set of complete WP Extreme forks from my KTM LC4 Adventure for sale. These are very popular for converting BMWs, Africa Twins and DR Bigs since they are the stiffest and biggest forks around. HPN uses them as well...

They are in good shape and don't leak. I will include the triple clamps also, ₤210 / 230 including shipping anywhere in Europe

If you need any other parts from the bike they are also available. Buyer of the forks will get first chance at front and brake system if he needs it.

Cheers,
Lukas

Overland Prepped DRZ400e for sale...

For Sale:

My 2003 DRZ400e. Bought in 2005 I am the second owner and have used the bike for two trips to North Africa and two week long tours of the Pyrenees. The '03 model was the last of the FCR carb versions giving excellent crisp throttle response and fuel economy as standard. It also has the later version of the cam chain tensioner which cures the earlier versions tendency to eat cam chains! The 'e' model is also blessed with grease nippled rear suspension linakges to allow regular proper maintenance unlike the 's' version.

The bike has only seen rain twice in the last four years and has had a number of modifications.

It is fully road legal with LED lights to the rear for brake and rear light and a dipping light unit up forward. It also has a horn and was happily MOT'd only a few weeks ago (passing first time no probs).

The wheels have been rebuilt with stainless nipples and double butted spokes to ensure maintenance free, super strong wheels, wheel bearings are also new. Rimlocks can now be fitted if required.

The engine has had a Suzuki kickstart and decompression lever fitted, has aluminium alternator and clutch covers (to support the magnesium standard cases), and has a case saver fitted to the front sprocklet area. The steel plate cover behind the front sprocket has been removed and replaced so that there is easy access to the infamous output shaft seal (the bike comes with two spares).

The bike has a CRD quiet pipe fitted (and the original spare), a twin tap 16l Acerbis tank (currently not fitted) and the original yellow plastic plastic 11l tank. It comes with an anodised CRD bash plate, a set of (unfitted) radiator braces, and a fused 10A power take off to run GPS/Phone chargers. It also has a TrailTecdh endurance speedo to help with MPG calcs and service interval info. Finally I have fitted a stainless oil filter to stop you ever having to buy another. Not only are they better for the envoronment but they give a far better flow rate than standard paper units whilst still doing a better straining job...

The oil dipstick has been replaced with an oil temperature gauge. The 'e' model has no cooling fan, but I have fitted a 1.6 bar radiator cap and run it with just 'water wetter' (look it up!) and distilled water. Compared with a standard 'e' model in similar conditions in Morocco my bike ran 20 degrees cooler and ran at a steady 90 degrees regardless of load, air temp, or speed.

There is a ram mount ball and arm on the aftermarket Renthal bars designed to fit a GPS of your choice (you'll need to buy the cradle). Also there is the option of a flat bar rear rack if you want to mount soft luggage of your choice to the rear of the bike. Acerbis Rally II Pro handguards are also fitted.

5000km ago the bike had new clutch plates and springs (a 'just in case' purchase for a desert trip) and it comes with a set of trail tyres with plenty of life left on them (T63's).

Having done some calcs I reckon the bike has done about 10000km since new, but I can honestly say that since I purchased the bike I have maintained it regardless of cost. I never fancied getting stuck in the desert for some reason!

Now for the bad points.

The bike is in excellent overall condition and I would describe it as very clean but used. There are marks on the plastics (there are no stickers on the bike I prefer to look as anonymous as possible), and there are marks on both front fork legs where the bike was a little to enthusiastically tethered to a trailer for a trip to Mauritania and back. There are also marks on the swing arm where the enlarged sidestand foot (for use in soft sand) has scratched it.

I am asking 1950 for the bike and can be PM'ed for further info if required. The bike is currently dry stored, SORN'ed in Hebden Bridge West Yorkshire.

Thanks for looking!

Dave

New BMW Rallye 2 Pro for sale

As the header says,

New and unused complete with attached paperwork/tags!

This jacket and pant combo was bought for commercial use to study the design of the garment and has never been ridden or used in any way other than to be looked at. Its probably the bargain of the century!!!

You all know what they look like:

The jacket is in a size 54 and the pants are a size 52.

A Bargain at 575, you can save a fair wedge on the 750 UK list price.

PM me for details. Free postage within the UK...

Dave

I may well soon have access to brand new Euro-spec headlight assembly & clocks for the R1200GS & Adventure. They're off a Spnaish market Adventure that I've sold, let me know if interested, prices will be very competitive.

Clocks are kph only and can also be fitted to the HP2 Enduro so that you have full GS instrumentation. The wiring's already in place, you'll just need to fabricate a mounting bracket.

Shipping to Europe won't be an issue and will be able to take by Crebit/Debit card.
