Well the ride is over. Left Yamhill Oregon monday morning, Three days later the bike was in the garage in Tucson. So the long and the short of the ride........Rain and Wind. After no rain all over the west I ran right into the first major storm of the season. In fact I-10 in Arizona outside Tucson was high and dry for months until I hit town. Not much else to report. Took it easy, riding solo. Put in 500 miles days and enjoyed the cross winds in the desert.

Thats all the news thats fit to report.

Photos from the Seward Ride - 4/22/12

I did a very brief ride report from our outstanding ride today. Boy - the weather was sure better than I hoped for and the group who came out for the ride were great. ADVBMR joined us part way, he had to turn around at Turnagain Pass. Full Power rode all the way from Homer to meet up with us. I enjoyed meeting you Full Power! And Justin Consistent - your friends were nice too. I don't know how to spell your GF's name.

Dalton Hwy - Annual Memorial Day Weekend Ride 2012

Here's a trip report of this year's traditional ride on the Dalton Highway over Memorial Day Weekend. Thanks to JustInconsistent for also heading up there to keep the tradition consistent. We rode separately, but he stopped by to visit me a couple times and provided a grim report of conditions in Atigun Pass, saving me a ride up there.

Happy trails!
