I've never been to Baja and I don't know what makes a Baja ride report really exceptional. There are a few on the front pages of Ride Reports. Any favorites?

We are four bikes right now but I plan to invite advrider soon.

I updated the first page by editing-in links to the ride reports that we've all been posting. I didn't put many non-advrider links on the first page, but my criteria is pretty subjective. Also, I really am not an expert at all on Mexico/Baja reports. If anyone wants to compile them, I can put them in their own section, in post #2. If I miss any that have already been posted, and any of you think they should be on the front page, just let me know.

Just a question: Do the people who do these charity rides use the donated money to pay for their expenses on the ride, and then give the excess to the charity, or do they pay for their own expenses of the ride?

Just check out Gaspipe's RRs, he's done two within the last six months with one current right now. I forget the name. Something like how many beers can you drink or the like.

I just saw this! Dude, I only tried one other time!

And gave up after blowing my budget ($200 for the whole week that I wanted to be in Mexico). Not to mention the rain! 6 inches in 2 days! I talked with a lady the other day from McAllen and remembered that.... she got a good laugh when I told her I was riding my motorbike through there.
