Anybody know an F800 riding Canadian?

I live in Lima, Peru and ran into a Canadian riding an F800 yesterday. He said he's on his way to Argentina but I didn't catch his name. (We were in the thick of Lima traffic at the time.) Just was wondering if anybody might know him and if he might have a report going. Anybody?

Canadians can't write ride reports because while the rest of us have internets they're too busy chopping trees in flannel shirts while riding meese and losing olympic hockey games jamming out to Bryan Adams. I love our northern neighbors (oh I'm gonna get flamed)

Come to think of it... he said he could hardly hear me because of the music he was listening to... Bryan Adams, I suppose.

But, mine's there!

It's a work in progress and yours will be listed immediately. It is one of the best ride reports out there so definitely needs to be listed.

FIXED!

I actually started this towards the beginning at post #12. Then I got to thinking that people would just use those links and not read some of the comments you and others have made which I think are quite enlightening at times. So, that's why I decided to put it at the end. It's your thread so you can make the decision, but I like it at the end.

As I update it, I'll always make a new post at the end and delete the info in the preceding post.

I get it- you'll keep the summary as the last post, which means you'll always try to get the last word. The un-initiated will stumble along, and when they get to the end, they'll be, like, Oh Man!

Yeah, like "Oh Man! Why the hell didn't they put that as the first link so I didn't have to wade through all this crap!"

To them, crap. To us, intelligent, witty comments.

Rulez... this makes me want to not want another rule, but maybe between us (the greater advrider community), we can keep the Ride Report Links roughly within the advrider/horizons unlimited boudaries.

Edit: Phil nuked it.

What happened was, a rider did a blog on his own website. It was a cool blog, but then he must have let the domain name registration expire. When you clicked on his link, you ended up not at his cool blog, but at a site dedicated to selling sites. There's tons of info on how to post pics, set up ride reports, etc., in the Ask Baldy Blame Mad Brit forum.
